All quoted HP, Torque and their respective gains with our Stage 1 and Stage 2 Tunes are calculated at the flywheel and are approximate. From the flywheel to the wheels, there are a huge number of factors that can affect an individual’s results. Elevation and variations in air pressure, ambient temperature, dynamometer, oil, coolant and overall condition of the cars drivetrain are just a few considerations that can influence dyno results. Typical dyno results from stated flywheel numbers will usually vary by 15-20% or more due to these factors. No two cars with the exact tune, year, make and model will produce the same results.
When purchasing from Pressertech, LLC., you are granting us permission to modify your engine computers software. You further agree that Pressertech, LLC., shall not be liable for any personal injuries or death caused by the misuse of or the increased performance of your vehicle. You further agree that Pressertech, LLC., shall not be liable for any unlawful acts that could occur by the increase in performance of your vehicle. It is your responsibility to abide by all local driving laws.
Pressertech, LLC., shall not be liable for any, unlikely, mechanical faults that could occur because of modifying the engine software to increase power & torque. Pressertech, LLC., shall not be liable for any disruption in your vehicles manufacturer’s or third-party warranty.
All replacement ECU’s provided by Pressertech, LLC., carry a two (2) year, unlimited mileage warranty on hardware and a lifetime warranty on software. No returns on ECU’s after they are activated/married to vehicle or after 30 days. All modified software provided by Pressertech, LLC., shall have a lifetime warranty against defects providing that no other modification that can affect the modified tune have been made. Should a defect occur because of an additional modification to a customer’s vehicle, we strongly urge you to either remove that modification or work with Pressertech, LLC., at your expense to rewrite the engine software to accommodate additional modifications.
Under no circumstances shall Pressertech, LLC., warrant any hardware provided by the customer. We will only warrant hardware that is directly purchased from and supplied by Pressertech., LLC., for a period of two (2) years from the date of purchase provided that all security and tamper evident seals are intact and have not been tampered with in any way.
In the event of a misdiagnosed vehicle by a third-party mechanic, Pressertech, LLC., will try to the best of our ability to work with the customer to a fair and equitable resolution. However, should the return of hardware be authorized, customer acknowledges that any custom programming provided will be deducted from any refund. Pressertech, LLC., cannot be held responsible for the actions or diagnostics of any third-party mechanic and customer acknowledges that Pressertech, LLC shall be under no obligation of any kind to refund the customer for said parts, labor or postage paid.
Any Warranty or Guarantee provided by Pressertech, LLC., are intended for the original customer and their original equipment only and are not transferable. Only official stated warranties will be applicable. No other warranty whether it be verbal or otherwise will be honored.
Ultimately, Pressertech, LLC., is a human company with real human beings behind it. We will always do our very best in the name of customer service and do what is right and fair. This is sometimes in contradiction to what the customer may believe but we are committed to work with our customers to resolve any dispute. In this day and age, the threat of bad reviews or post, etc., are often used to try and influence an outcome. We will always try and resolve disputes but will not be influenced by these threats.
